Use

The free version is provided at no cost. Pro is a one-time Microsoft Store add-on (29.90 EUR). EU consumers have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Directive 2019/770). The 14-day withdrawal right may not apply when digital content is supplied immediately with express consent (Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)).

Liability

Without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer rights: the software is provided as-is except for legal warranties. Liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury is not excluded. Cap for direct damages: the amount paid for Pro.
